Bambara is spoken by 13 million people in Africa. Official language of Mali, it is also spoken in countries such as Ivory Coast, Senegal, Morroco, Algeria... Bambara can be written in the Arabic alphabet or in N'ko, an alphabet invented just for the Mande languages of West Africa.
